Remote Area Nurse - WA

Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Remote Area Nurse (RAN) for a 4-week contract in Halls Creek, WA, working within a well-established Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful healthcare to a remote community while working alongside a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team.

The clinic provides essential primary healthcare services to the local community and surrounding areas, with approximately 30 patient presentations per day and 5–7 clinicians onsite. You will work across a range of presentations, delivering culturally appropriate care and supporting improved health outcomes within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare services in a remote clinic setting
• Conduct triage, health assessments and acute presentations
• Provide chronic disease management and preventative healthcare
• Support sexual health screening and treatment programs
• Administer immunisations and health promotion initiatives
• Work collaboratively with GPs, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and multidisciplinary clinicians
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
